Hi, I’m Maura Sabatos DeVito—your Executive Function and Academic Coach.

I work with individuals in academic contexts to explore the unique ways their brains work, identify goals that matter to them, and build executive function (EF) strategies that are authentic and sustainable. My approach is grounded in connection, curiosity, and collaboration and informed by my knowledge of neurodivergence and executive functioning.

Over the past two decades, I’ve held a variety of roles that all share a common thread: a deep commitment to understanding and supporting growth across various life stages — especially in academic settings. I've worked as a developmental science researcher; mentor to undergraduate, graduate and medical students; special educator; early interventionist; and “Mom” to my amazing children.

So, whether you’re a student in high school, college, graduate or professional school learning how to manage your workload; a parent supporting your child’s growth in school; or a professor/researcher navigating the unique demands of academia, I can relate, and I’m here to walk beside you with compassion and actionable strategies.

As I used to say when I was young, “That’s me, ta-da!” But, if you want to read more about my formal education and professional trainings, check it out below.
